Turbo Manifold Kit

After extensive research and development and exclusive to MX5 City, we now stock turbo manifold kits for 1.6 & 1.8 engines suitable for all model MX-5s, Miatas and Eunos Roadsters from 1989 through to 2005. Due to the extreme temperatures involved, the biggest problem with fitting a turbo to your MX-5 is failure/cracking of the exhaust manifold. Inferior cast or welded manifolds simply cannot stand the rapid heat changes and will quickly crack. Our manifolds are manufactured from nickel steel with a 33% nickel content which can withstand the extreme temperature changes without cracking. This is the crucial difference between our manifolds and other inferior offerings.

Turbo manifold kits include: Cast nickel steel alloy exhaust manifold for TD04 turbocharger, cast nickel steel alloy downpipe connector, stainless steel studs, washers and lock-nuts.
